Lauren Est
Lauren is a candidate for a Master’s of Science in Geospatial Intelligence at Johns Hopkins University. She graduated from the University of Florida in 2019 and holds a B.S. in Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience. She has a deep love for animals, conservation, science, and other cultures and languages; she merges these passions with CIFAE.
Amanda Feijo
Amanda is a third-year Economics and Sustainability Studies student with a minor in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation. She is passionate about the environment and feels a strong connection with animals and nature. Amanda reflects these interests with her work in CIFAE and hopes to continue to contribute to a more sustainable society.
Colin Campbell
Colin is a Gainesville native who graduated from the University of Florida in 2017 with a General Business degree specializing in sustainability. He holds the belief that anyone can change the world when smart business practices meet a passion. He hopes to bring that experience to help CIFAE grow a community mutually inspired by its mission.
Savanah Maldonado
Savanah is a third-year Psychology and Sustainability Studies student at the University of Florida. She hopes to continue growing and learning in her efforts to help the environment and its living systems. She loves animals and enjoys artistic pursuits. Savanah hopes to protect the nature she loves by striving for a sustainable future, starting with her work in CIFAE.
Julene Valmana
Julene, a Miami native, is a senior Sustainability Studies major with a minor in Mass Communications at the University of Florida. She has a passion for caring for nature and the environment and aims to show this through her work with CIFAE. She hopes to help ensure that the planet is able to remain home to all biodiversity in the future.
Joelle Friedlander
Joelle is a senior Sustainability studies major at the University of Florida with a minor in International Development and Humanitarian Assistance. She will attend Colorado State’s Impact MBA program this fall to learn how to make businesses more sustainable. She is passionate about preserving the environment by limiting human impact on the planet.
Addison Bone
Addison is a Sustainability Studies major at the University of Florida with a minor in International Development and Humanitarian Assistance. Sshe is an active member of Habitat for Humanity. Being a part of the CIFAE team allows her to actively pursue her passion for conservation endeavors while raising awareness about the Asian Elephant.
